My biggest joy is in working with people and organizations, helping them explore their path, find meaning, and live with authenticity and courage.
Before my professional conversion toward psychology and coaching, I studied political sciences and business communication. For 13 years, I've worked across multiple sectors: in business, NGOs, and public administration. I acted as a community builder, MarCom & CSR professional, program manager, and researcher. In 2019 I decided to explore my own path and become a psychologist and coach. In my private practice, I work with individuals in coaching and counseling, while I am still in training to become a transactional analysis and cognitive behavioral-oriented psychotherapist.
I hold a degree in psychology from Titu Maiorescu University and a master's degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies from University of Bucharest. I also completed over 2 years of training in transactional analysis at the Yorkshire Training Center International, and I am currently in training as a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. I am an accredited psychologist (ID 29125), certified coach (Mind Learners School, 2021) and ANC accredited trainer. I also took several specialty courses (attachment theory, treatment adherence, neurobiology, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program - MBSR®, etc.). Beyond formal studies, I am fascinated by human nature and love working with people. I do this with empathy, patience and without judgment.
Before my professional reconversion as a psychologist, I studied Political Science at the University of Bucharest and then a Master's in International Business Communication (in English) at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
