My biggest joy is in working with people and organizations, helping them explore their path, find meaning, and live with authenticity and courage.
Before my professional conversion toward psychology and coaching, I studied political sciences and business communication. For 13 years, I've worked across multiple sectors: in business, NGOs, and public administration. I acted as a community builder, MarCom & CSR professional, program manager, and researcher. In 2019 I decided to explore my own path and become a psychologist and coach. In my private practice, I work with individuals in coaching and counseling, while I am still in training to become a transactional analysis and cognitive behavioral-oriented psychotherapist.
I earned a degree in psychology, and I started my private practice in clinical psychology (under supervision). I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies at the University of Bucharest, in addition to a long training program in transactional analysis. I am a certified trainer and a transformational coach (Mind Learners Coaching School). I also studied the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR®). Beyond that, I am fascinated by human nature and love working with people. I do this with empathy, patience, and without judgment.
Before my professional reconversion as a psychologist, I studied Political Science at the University of Bucharest and then a Master's in International Business Communication (in English) at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
